Craft in America & The National Decorative Arts Fund

During the spring of 2023, I collaborated with Craft in America and The National Decorative Arts Fund to create a video series that explains craft terminology. The purpose of these videos is to provide a valuable resource for artists across the country and to offer museum visitors the opportunity to learn about the techniques used in the displayed artwork using scannable QR codes.

Architectural Digest: Custom Crafted

I collaborated with Architectural Digest: Custom Crafted in the spring of 2022 and Alex Hsu to create a completely reimagined folding chair for their YouTube series.

Mariposa Stool with Lisa Nguyen

After our road trip up and down the coast of California in September of 2021, Lisa Nguyen and I decided to create a piece of furniture inspired by the national parks we visited. At Yosemite, we hiked through the Mariposa Grove full of giant pine and redwoods. After having our minds blown at Yosemite, we traveled through Santa Cruz, down to Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. There, we were further mesmerized by the exposed gnarly roots and grand size of the massive god-like trees that stretched up into the sky.
